Holiday House Ivana offers quality accommodation along the seaside and private beach in Broce, a small place located in southern Dalmatia, a few minutes drive from Ston. The house is situated in a quiet environment with a large garden and a secured parking place.
The accommodation is suitable for family vacation in Ston, summer holidays for smaller group, as well as for water sports enthusiasts and recreational vacations.

House Ivana is a comfortable and fully equipped holiday home that can accommodate 4 to 6 persons. The house consists of a large living room, kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms with double bed and two bathrooms.
On the front of the house, there is a terrace of 80m2 with a beautiful sea view, equipped with garden furniture. Behind the house there is a small terrace of 20m2 with garden furniture, outdoor shower and large grill. In the enclosed yard of the house there are two parking spaces.
The house is equipped with: air conditioning, Sat TV, Internet ..
Guests of the house also have on use (included in the rental price, at no extra costs): two bicycles, private property in front of the house, at the seafront with concrete plateaus for sunbath, boat mooring, kayak (two-seater)

Ston is a medieval town whose history dates back to the early XIV century. It is the town with the longest stone wall in Europe (5.5 km) of narrow quiet streets, old fashioned houses and traces of ancient cultures scattered around.
The place is known for growing shellfish; Oysters and mussels (mussels) since Roman times, and Stone oysters (ostrea edulis) found the glory of this region as a confirmed natural aphrodisiac.
In Stone, there is also the oldest active saltworks in the world, a saltworks that remained valuable to the tradition and natural salt production, which has not changed since ancient times. The richness of purity and naturalness is confirmed by the Malostonian Gulf with the places of Mali Ston, Hodilje, Luka, Duba and Zamaslina.
Not far from Ston, there is a beautiful Prapratno bay with centuries-old olive groves, a Mediterranean pebble and clean sandy beach, next to which is one of the most beautiful auto-camps in this area.
Two small towns, Kobaš and Broce, are well known for nautical tourism in the Ston Channel protected from winds.

Broce is a small place and a beautiful bay situated 2km from Ston on the Peljesac peninsula. The village is surrounded by dense pine forests and indented coast. Broce also has a beautiful harbor for yachts and smaller boats.
