The house is situated in a quiet part of Štinjan, between Pula, Fažana and the Brijuni Islands. Apartments are about 700m away from the sea and from the center of Pula about 2km away.

Accommodation is offered in two apartments with capacity of beds for 2-3 persons. The apartments are located on the ground floor of the house.
