Description
Situated below the mountain and Nature Park Učka, Opatija is a great choice for a vacation in summer and winter. Apartments Grozić are located in a family house in a quiet part of Opatija, surrounded by terraces, a beautifully landscaped garden with palm trees and Mediterranean plants, a heated swimming pool 7.0 x 3.5 m, 1.5 m deep. The house offers accommodation in two newly decorated and comfortable apartments. The apartments have a separate entrance, which additionally provides the necessary privacy for guests.
Apartment A2 (4+2 persons), 85 m2 is located on the ground floor, consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with living room, two bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower, terraces with sea view. In the living room there is a sofa that can serve as an extra bed for up to two people.
Apartment A1 (4+2 persons), 90 m2 is located on the 1st floor, consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with living room, two bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower, separate toilet, balcony with beautiful sea view. Two extra beds in the living room.
Accommodation comprises: air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, DVD, radio, Internet WIFI, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, microwave oven, electric kettle, fridge and freezer.
Parking lots (covered) are provided. The spacious and beautifully landscaped garden is a swimming pool with sun terraces, guests have the use of: the grill, sheltered garden furniture (table + chairs), umbrellas, chairs ... Enjoy the privacy and exclusivity of the pool which is a part of our Object! Do you want a little break from the beach and people or you need a quick refresher in the morning or a hot afternoon and you do not want to go out from the comfort of our apartment and prepare for the beach, you can enjoy the swimming pool with a beautiful, clear, refreshing water whose use included in the price.
In the range of 200 to 1000 meters from the apartment there are: beaches, the promenade, restaurants, shops, coffee bars...
Besides enjoying in the beautiful crystal clear sea waters, landscaped beaches and the popular promenade Lungo Mare - 12 km long coastal promenade of Opatija Riviera which connects: Volosko, Ičići, Ika and Lovran.; We suggest you to also visit:
