Description

Apartments Marta offer comfortable accommodation near several pebble beaches of the small Istrian tourist town Novigrad. The apartments are located in a family house with a spacious and nicely landscaped garden surrounded by flowers, Mediterranean plants and shadows of fruit trees. From the first beach the house is about 500m away, and from the center of the town and other tourist facilities, the house is about 1km away.
The accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Novigrad, summer holidays for larger groups, as well as for enthusiasts of water sports and recreational vacations.

Accommodation is offered in two apartments for 4-5 persons and in one studio apartment for 2-3 persons. All three apartments are located on the ground floor of the house with direct access to the garden.
Apartment Kiwi (ID1) is intended for 4-5 persons and consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a living-room two bedrooms with double bed, bathroom (toilet / shower) and terrace. In the living room there is a sofa that can serve as an extra bed for one person.
Apartment Olea (ID2) is for 4 persons and the apartment contains: equipped kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms with double bed, bathroom (toilet / shower) and terrace.
Studio apartment Lavanda (ID3) is an apartment for up to 3 persons and consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom (toilet / shower) and a terrace overlooking the garden.

All apartments have air condition, heating, satellite TV, internet .. The parking space is provided on a parking place in front of the house.
Guests have on use a beautifully landscaped garden and the possibility to use the barbecue facilities.

Novigrad (Citanova) is a small fishing town, which is considered to be one of the most romantic places in Istria.
In addition to its beauty and swimming in crystal clear waters, in Novigrad you can enjoy the authentic culinary delights, sports activities, walking under the city walls, touring historical sites, the Basilica and Museum.
We especially invite you, to join our many visitors who gather in the evening on the west part of the old town to enjoy the magnificent sunset, one of the most beautiful sunsets in the Adriatic.
