The apartments are located in a family house with a spacious, nicely landscaped garden, surrounded by a Mediterranean park and flowers. Villa Karolina is located right next to the sea, 40m from the beach and about 1.5km from the center of Novi Vinodolski.
The accommodation is ideal for family vacations in Novi Vinodolski, summer holidays for larger groups, as well as for enthusiasts of water sports and recreational vacations.

Accommodation is offered in 2 apartments for 4-5 and for 6 persons, in 2 studio apartments for up to 3 persons and in 4 double rooms with a private bathroom.
Each apartment and studio apartment has an equipped kitchen with dining area, studio apartments have a double bed and an extra bed for 1 person, bathroom (toilet / shower) and terrace or balcony overlooking the sea.
Apartment ID1 has 3 bedrooms, and ID2 apartment, two bedrooms.
Rooms for rent have a double bed and a bathroom (toilet / shower), one room additionally has a mini kitchen.
Guests of units ID5, 6, 7 and ID8 have on use a common large kitchen and a large terrace with tables and chairs.

The apartments have air condition, TV, Internet .. a large, closed parking place is provided in the front yard of the house.
