Villa Kovac is a newly renovate house with a swimming pool and children's playground. This holiday house is located just by the sea, only 5m away from the pebble beach and in vicinity of a sandy beach. From the town center and all major tourist facilities, the house is about 500m away.
Accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Kašetl Sućurac, summer holidays for a group of up to 12 persons as well as for water sports enthusiasts, recreational vacationers and boaters.
This beautiful holiday home for 12 persons is located on a 750 m2 plot on the seaside, and in a quiet environment.
On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen with dining area and spacious terrace with a sea view. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with bathrooms, air conditioning and a spacious terrace. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea, Split and the Kaštela bay.
The ground floor and the second floor are connected with the outside staircase. First floor is not available.
The house is equipped with: air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi internet, dishwasher, washing machine ..
