The house is restored in 2011th. and is equipped with:

- Kitchen with gas stove, range hood, refrigerator, dishwasher,
sink, the corresponding working surfaces, utensils and table
with 8 chairs
- Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, and the hygienic,
disposable cosmetic accessories
- Floor - 3 double bedrooms, each with a safe, wardrobe, table and chairs, TV
- Bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin and a hygienic, disposable cosmetic accessories
- Long balcony
- All rooms with air conditioning and gas heating
In the yard of the house is a large wooden table with two accompanying benches.
Capacity of the house is for 8 persons, with additional beds up to maximum 12 persons.
Displayed prices apply for rent of maximum 8 people
Each extra bed is charged 17€.
Possibility to rent the
apartment only on the ground for a total capacity of 7 persons, as well as individual rooms upstairs with shared bathrooms - the price is negotiable.
In the period from 01.11.2011. to 30.04.2012.
Price of extra bed 14€ .
During the Christmas and New Year Holidays price is negotiable.
