On the ground floor are fully equipped kitchen, living room with large roof terrace and bathroom with shower. The top floor has one double and one four bed room with a balcony that offers beautiful views of the Kupa valley.
In the basement is a room with equipment for a barbecue and washing machine.
A large covered barbecue with seating area and bociliste (traditional game) are behind the houses.
